Service fees are as specified in the applicable service agreement. Payments are due according to the terms outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, the Client shall pay all fees due up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for violations of these terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Changchun City, Jilin Province, China.
